Sweepstakes Rating: Okay (Official Rules)

Eligibility: US, DC, 18 and older

Entry Dates:  August 17, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2015

Consists of a Sweepstakes, Regular Auctions, Premier Auctions, and Marketplace

Regular Auctions: Fifteen (15) Regular Auctions will occur for each Thursday night NFL football game between and including games on September 10, 2015 and December 24, 2015. Each Thursday night NFL football game will hereinafter be referred to as a “TNF Game”; for a total of sixteen (16) TNF Games and two hundred forty (240) Regular Auctions. See Rule #9 for opening and closing dates and times per TNF game.

Premier Auctions: one Premier Auction will occur for each TNF game between and including September 10, 2015 and December 24, 2015 for a total of sixteen (16) Premier Auctions. See Rule #9 for opening and closing dates and times per TNF game.

Marketplace: Marketplace will open at 12:01 a.m. CT on August 17, 2015 and close at 11:59 p.m. CT on February 7, 2016.

Register HERE (upper right corner of the page) Sign in with your Facebook Account, Twitter Account or email address and complete the online form to include your zip code and date of birth. For subsequent visits, you will be required to type in your email address and password to access your Account. Limit one account per person.

HOW TO OBTAIN CODES: Look for a unique ten-character alphanumeric code on specially-marked packages of TOSTITOS® chips and dip products and on advertisements connected to packages of 16.9 oz. Pepsi®/Diet Pepsi® 6-packs. Not all brands and package sizes may participate or be available in all areas. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to distribute Bonus Codes at various times throughout the Promotion Period through additional means. Check the FAQ for a list of specially-marked participating products along with their corresponding Code values.

HOW TO ACCUMULATE POINTS: You may only enter a Code from 16.9 oz. Pepsi®/Diet Pepsi® 6-pack and a Code from any TOSTITOS® Chips or Dips Code to receive Bonus Points. Points can be used to bid in either Regular Auctions or Premier Auctions, and/or can be redeemed for Items in Marketplace or additional Sweepstakes entries.

NOTE: Each time you enter a Code from a participating TOSTITOS® product you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. See Rule #6 for details on how to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit one entry per postage-stamped-outer envelope. An Account is not required if you are only entering the Sweepstakes portion of this Promotion through the No Purchase Necessary method of entry.

Online Method of Entry: Visit the Website and complete the online registration process as described above. Next, enter the Code found on specially-marked participating TOSTITOS® products as listed in the above table or Bonus Codes distributed by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. For each valid Code submitted from a participating TOSTITOS® product by 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2015, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes (and your Account will be immediately credited with the corresponding number of Points per Code as outlined in the table above in Rule #4).

NOTE: You do not receive an entry into the Sweepstakes for entering the Code from a participating Pepsi® product or for entering a Bonus Code.

Redeem Points for Sweepstakes entries: Once you have a minimum of five hundred Points in your account, you may redeem five hundred (500) Points in exchange for a Sweepstakes entry. Follow the online instructions to designate those Points as an “entry”. Each time you designate Points for an entry, five hundred (500) Points will be automatically deducted from your Account. Limit: You may redeem five hundred (500) Points for one (1) entry only once per day. Points redeemed for Sweepstakes entry(ies) must be designated as such by 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2015.

Entry Limit: twenty Codes from participating TOSTITOS® products may be entered per day, per person/household.

One (1) Sweepstakes Prize: Two tickets to Super Bowl 50 scheduled to take place in San Francisco, California on February 7, 2016. Seating assignments are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All transportation and accommodations, meals, gratuities and any other expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the use of the Sweepstakes Prize are solely winner’s responsibility. ARV: $3,000

Bidding in Auctions: (See Rules for timetable) Each Regular Auction will consist of two tickets to any 2015 or 2016 regular-season NFL football game scheduled to take place in the United States. No Transportation is provided. ARV: of each Item (two tickets) is up to $150.00. Auction winner may take a cash alternative of $150.00 in lieu of the Regular Auction Item (i.e. the two tickets).

REDEEMING POINTS IN MARKETPLACE: Between 12:01 a.m. CT on August 17, 2015 and 11:59 p.m. CT on February 7, 2016, available Points in your Account can be redeemed online for merchandise (also called “Item(s)”) that is displayed on the Web Site. Items will be available in limited numbers and are available while supplies last and are subject to availability. Each Item has a required number of Points for redemption as stated on the Web Site. You cannot redeem Points for Items unless you have accumulated the required corresponding number of Points in your Account. To redeem Points for an Item, browse the Web Site, select the Item you wish to order, and click the “Buy Now” button. Follow the online instructions to complete your order. Once your order has been submitted, the required number of Points for the selected Item will be deducted from your Account. A “Purchase History” page will be available for participants to view their past Marketplace purchases. There is no limit for the number of Tier 2 Items that can be procured in Marketplace. There is a limit of two (2) for the number of Tier 1 Items that can be procured in Marketplace. Tier 1 items points range is 6,600 points to 46,000 points. Tier 2 items points range is 500 points to 6,000 points.
