To participate in the offer:

2. Complete the online form

4. Not a Chip, then you can submit a picture that turned yourself into a Chip by using one of the pre-approved images (and following the online instructions) available HERE
5. Upon approval of your submitted image, you will receive a verification email and a coupon good for one free TOSTITOS dip (16 oz. or smaller), valued up to $3.99.
6. The coupon will be mailed to the address provided within three (3) weeks.
