ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER.

If you wish, you may also submit an original photo of your neighborhood/community, but the photo will not be judged nor will it be used to determine the winner of the Contest.

Please note: the prize will be awarded to winning entrant’s neighborhood/community. Entrants are entering on behalf of their neighborhood/community and not in an individual capacity.

Entry Limit: you may enter more than once, however each entry must be different

One (1) Grand Prize: a one-day Summer Block Party in the winner’s neighborhood/community. The Summer Block Party will include music, games, giveaway prizes, and an opportunity to mingle with one or more stars of a show that has aired or airs on TLC. Aggregate retail value of the prize per attendee of the Summer Block Party is $50, itemized as follows: giveaway prizes per attendee ($10); music per attendee ($15); games per attendee ($10); celebrity meetings per attendee ($15). Food will be available for sale at the Summer Block Party. Winning community is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and for any expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being included.

Judging Criteria: weighted equally: [a] Originality, [b] Content, [c] Relevance to the Contest theme, and [d] Sincerity. The twenty-five (25) highest scoring Entries will proceed to the final judging round, in which a panel of judges selected by the Sponsor will determine the Grand Prize winner based on the Entry which, in their opinion, gives the most compelling reason why their neighborhood/community deserves a Summer Block Party. Potential winner will be contacted on or about March 30, 2015.
