Prize Terms and Conditions:

Twenty-Ninth Prize: Prize includes approximately 65 squares of Bellaforte Shake product, the appropriate amount of DaVinci field tiles and accessories, and delivery of the prize components only. Winner agrees to allow the residence where the prize is to be installed to be photographed by a photographer appointed by DaVinci before, during, and after the installation of the prize components.

Thirtieth Prize: Simonton will ship prize to a Simonton distributor near the winner’s residence. Winner is responsible for arranging for properly specifying the needed products, for the delivery of products (including any cost of delivery) from the Simonton distributor, and for installation (including any costs with preparation of site and any labor or materials required for installation) of the products. Winner agrees to allow the residence where the prize is to be installed to be photographed by a photographer appointed by Simonton before, during, and after the installation of the prize components.
