The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from the dealership designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for arranging shipping, if any, to Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence. The Grand Prize Winner must a have valid U.S. driver’s license and evidence of legally required insurance to take delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle; delivery is subject to availability. The Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials and may be substituted for an alternate vehicle, make or model at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Vehicle’s color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
