ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a 2025 Toyota 4Runner Trailhunter (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price is $66,900) and a check in the amount of $25,000 which can be used to help offset any potential tax liability. The total value of the Grand Prize is $91,900. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the Grand Prize.
Grand Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute all or a portion of the Grand Prize for one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. In the event the Prize Vehicle has a lesser value than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of sixty-six thousand nine-hundred dollars ($66,900), the Grand Prize Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value of the Prize Vehicle and the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.
