Join the Minion Madness for a chance to win fabulous prizes and earn your spot in the grand prize drawing to win a trip worth $35,000 to Los Angeles, California

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least five (5) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purpose of participating in this Sweepstakes.

Entry Dates: begins on October 15, 2010 and ends on January 14, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Promotion Period is comprised of three Grand Prize entry periods and thirteen weekly entry periods.

How to Enter: there are two ways to gain entries

Online: visit www.minionmadness.com If you are not yet thirteen years old at the time of entry, you will be asked to provide the email address of your parent or legal guardian and Sponsor will notify your parent or legal guardian of your desire to participate in the Sweepstakes.

By Mail: To enter without completing any Activities, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to

You will receive twenty-five (25) entries into the applicable Grand Prize Entry Period and Weekly Entry Period of the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) request per envelope and one (1) envelope per person per Weekly Entry Period. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by the last date of the applicable Entry Period and received by five (5) business days later, in order to be included in the applicable drawing.

Entry Limit: Each participant may earn up to twenty-five (25) entries per calendar week (beginning on a Friday at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending the following Thursday at 11:59 p.m. ET) during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to five (5) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit of five (5) additional entries per week during the Promotion Period.

Prizes:

(1) Entry Period 1 Grand Prize: A trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA and passes to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA; four (4) nights accommodations; roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel; four (4) passes to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, CA; $350 allowance for spa treatments for winner and each guest; a 30-minute helicopter tour; a shopping tour; $2,500 cash for winner only that may be used on shopping tour; a makeover for winner and one guest; private surfing lesson package for up to four (4) people including roundtrip transportation; Grammy Museum VIP Experience and lunch for four (4) people. ARV: $35,000.

(1) Entry Period 2 Grand Prize: A trip for four (4) to New York, NY and the opportunity to attend the Macy’s Day Parade on November 24, 2011. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s hometo New York, NY, CA; four (4) nights accommodations; roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel; four (4) passes to the Macy’s Day Parade; breakfast daily; a 15-minute helicopter tour; $500 in gift cards for winner only that may be used for activities available at Chelsea Piers; dinner reservations for four (4) and a $200 gift certificate to Carmine’s; four (4) tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) Broadway show or play; and $10,000 spending money that may be used toward taxes. (1) Entry Period 3 Grand Prize: A lifetime supply of family passes for four (4) people to both Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, CA and Universal Studios Orlando. ARV: $13,000.

Drawings: Administrator will randomly select the potential First Prize winners on or around fourteen (14) days after the end of each Weekly Entry Period and will notify the potential winners by email, mail or phone at that time. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent drawings.
