Mail-in Entry: send a self-addressed 3″ x 5″card hand-printed with the following information: your first and last name, mailing address, phone number (area code included), email address (if available), and the statement: I have read and accept the Sweepstakes official rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy. Each card must arrive inside one separate, standard business envelope hand-printed to the following address:

Entrant’s name and return address must appear on the outside of the envelope. Upon receipt, both the 3 x 5 inch card and the standard business envelope used to mail the card are combined Mail In Entry. Sponsor must receive all Mail In Entries before March 27, 2015.
