T-Mobile Wish List Sweepstakes

To qualify for a @TMobile Wish List Sweepstakes online entry, treat yourself to a new line, new phone, or new data service between November 4, 2009, and January 12, 2010.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are T-Mobile customers in good standing with valid T-Mobile service contracts dated on or before 9/1/09.

Entry Dates: Promotion begins on 11/4/09 at 12:00:01 pm Eastern Time and ends on 1/12/10 at 11:59:59 am ET.

How to enter: During the Promotion Period, there are three (3) ways to enter the Promotion.

In-Store: Existing qualified T-Mobile customers who visit a participating store and do any of the following: (i) add an additional line to their existing T-Mobile service; (ii) upgrade their handset; or (iii) add a data plan to their T-Mobile service (Even More and Even More Plus plans excluded), will be sent an SMS message directing them to visit www.t-mobilewishlist.com and follow the steps required to register for the promotion. Once they have completed the registration form, they will be entered into the promotion. Each qualifying action will count as one (1) entry. Standard fees apply for text messages sent and received.

Online: Existing qualified T-Mobile customers who visit www.t-mobile.com and follow the directions provided to do any of the following: (i) add an additional line to their existing T-Mobile service; (ii) upgrade their handset; or (iii) add a data plan to their T-Mobile service (Even More and Even More Plus plans excluded), will be sent an SMS message directing them to visit www.t-mobilewishlist.com and follow the steps required to register for the promotion. Once they have completed the registration, they will be entered into the promotion. Each qualifying action will count as one (1) entry. Standard fees apply for text messages sent and received.

By Mail: entrant must submit a self-addressed, properly stamped postcard labeled “T-Mobile Wish List Sweepstakes” with entrant’s full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, email address, T-Mobile mobile phone number for customer verification purposes and at least one (1) but not more than two (2) working telephone numbers (including area code(s)) for notification purposes only. Postcards must be sent in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

for receipt on or before 1/22/10. Mail-in entries must be hand-printed and mailed separately.

Sweeties Note: Postcards never get sent in an envelope. Just use a regular 3 x 5 card to enter and put it in an envelope.

Entry Limit: Limit four (4) entries per T-Mobile account, per person, per email address and per household for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any T-Mobile account, person, email address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

Prizes: Grand Prize (1): One (1) 46″ Sony – BRAVIA / 46″ Class / 1080p / 120Hz / LCD HDTV; one (1) all-in-one Sony – BRAVIA 1000W 5.1-Ch. Home Theater System with 5-Disc Upconvert DVD Player Model: DAV-HDX589W; and one (1) Wii Gaming Console. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,030 US (including shipping and installation).

First Prize (1): One (1) Family Vacation for four (4) to Oahu, Hawaii. Trip includes Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from First Prize Winner’s residence to Oahu, Hawaii, four (4) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy, a compact rental car and $300 in spending cash (awarded as a check). The total maximum ARV for the First Prize is $5,000 US.

Second Prizes (750): Second Prize winners will win one (1) of the following (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion):

Prize Limit: one (1) Prize Winner per household address.

Drawing Date: Potential Prize Winners may be notified by email and/or phone at the telephone number(s) provided by entrant at the time of entry Notification for each Prize Winner will take place on or about 2/10/10 and 2/12/10 between the hours of approximately 11:00 am ET and 1:00 pm ET (i.e. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Central Time; 8:00 am – 10:00 am Pacific Time) each day. Entrants must respond to notification on or before 2/15/10 between the hours of 11:00 am ET and 1:00 pm ET (i.e. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Central Time; 8:00 am – 10:00 am Pacific Time)
