ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins on 09/29/09 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time and ends on 11/01/09 at 11:59:59 pm ET. The Instant Win Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion will end on 10/18/09 at 11:59:59 pm ET.
Instant Win Sweepstakes: To participate, log onto cliq.t-mobile.com during the Instant Win Entry Period.
Once registration is complete, participant will either be deemed an instant winner of a T-Mobile Motorola Cliq cellular phone or a non-winner; and will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Promotion.
Entry Limit: With the exception of Bonus Entries (as described below), there is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Sweepstakes entry per person, per household, per mobile phone number and per email address per Day of the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
Bonus Entry: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, participants can also earn up to five (5) additional entries into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes by following the directions provided at cliq.t-mobile.com to copy a T-Mobile Motorola Cliq “badge”and put it on their social networking page (e.g., a mySpace or Facebook page). For every unique friend that clicks on the Motorola Cliq Badge, participant will receive one (1) additional entry. No other use of a Motorola Cliq Badge” by any individual is permitted. Limit five (5) bonus entries per person and per e-mail address, regardless of number of unique friends who click on the Motorola Cliq Badge. Bonus entries received from a person or e-mail address after the first five (5) bonus entries received from that person or e-mail address will be void.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES (105): A T-Mobile Motorola Cliq cellular phone. The Approximate Retail Value of each T-Mobile Motorola Cliq cellular phone is ($362.00 US). Service plan is not included.
GRAND PRIZES (3): A trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to five (5) friends (each, a “Guest” and collectively, “Guests”) to travel to one (1) of four (4) destinations as set forth below. Each Grand Prize Winner shall select one (1) of the following Trip options:
Good Times in the Big City– Four (4) days, three (3) nights in New York City, New York, including up to six (6) tickets to a Broadway show (to be determined by Sponsor).
Atop the Snowy Mountain – Four (4) days, three (3) nights in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado.
Fun in The Sun – Four (4) days, three (3) nights in Miami, Florida.
Golf Weekend Getaway – Four (4) days, three (3) nights in Scottsdale, Arizona, including a free round of golf for up to 6 people (exact golf venue to be determined by Sponsor).
Each Trip includes: round-trip, coach-class air transportation for up to six (6) persons from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Grand Prize Winner’s selected destination; and hotel accommodations for six (6) persons (three (3) standard rooms, double occupancy)
Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 11/10/09 to select three (3) potential Motorola Cliq Grand Prize Winners.
Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner Notification: Potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified via email and/or phone (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Notification will take place on or about 11/10/09 between the hours of 11:00 am ET and 1:00 pm ET (i.e. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Central Time; 8:00 am – 10:00 am Pacific Time). If Sponsor elects telephone notification, Sponsor’s representative will attempt to call each number provided by potential Grand Prize Winner at the time of registration three (3) times over a forty-eight (48) hour period and no messages will be left.

Yeah cause when you click on the link it takes you to a registration page and then when you fill it out it says I'm already registered, no links for instant win.
