HOW TO OBTAIN A GAME CARD: Between May 1, 2010 and July 21, 2010 there are two (2) ways to enter.

1) Purchase: Receive one (1) game card, while supplies last, with every Avon product you order from the Campaign 13, 2010 Brochure.

2) Mail: To obtain one (1) game piece, while supplies last, without purchase, send a hand printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

VT residents may omit return postage. Requests must be postmarked by July 19, 2010 and received by August 1, 2010. There is no limit on the number of game cards you can receive, while supplies last; however, there is a limit one (1) game card per stamped outer envelope.

HOW TO PLAY: Upon receipt of your game card, scratch off the areas indicated to find out if you’re a winner. If your game card indicates that you have won a prize, follow the directions below to redeem your prize.

PRIZES:

GRAND PRIZE (2): A 4-day/3-night Sandals Luxury Included ® stay for winner and one (1) guest. Island destination (Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua or the Bahamas) will be determined solely by Sponsor. Winner will have choice of any Sandals resort in preselected destination, subject to availability. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to designated location, three (3) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), ground transfers between airport and resort and select meals and beverages at the resort. Exact prize details will be provided at time of winner verification. ARV: $4,500.00 each

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about September 15, 2010 to award any Grand Prizes, iPods, digital cameras and camcorders if unclaimed. To enter drawing, on a 3″ x 5″ paper hand print name, address, date of birth and daytime telephone number and mail in first class stamped envelope to:
