Do you have a favorite Disney character? I have several and I find new ones all of the time. Believe it or not, my mother was watching Peter Pan on TV with Mary Martin the night I was born and she named me Wendy after the Wendy character in the Peter Pan story. Yes, that was back in the day before color TV. There have been many versions of Peter Pan since then and Disney has made it into a cartoon but that original version always stuck with me.
Some of the newer characters and movies are now my favorites. I love, love, love the Pirates of the Caribbean series and Tangled is also a new favorite. My son recently saw the Avengers and he said that was very good. You don’t have to be a kid to like Disney characters and there are so many, usually you find one that connects with you in some way.
I don’t think we ever really grow up and Disney is one of those things that brings out the kid in all of us. I guess sometimes it’s not that we want to be a kid but we like to keep the dreams alive that we had when we were children and Disney evokes those memories and thoughts. We want to believe that there is a happy ending and that magical lands exist.

I always have and probably always will like Ariel from the Little Mermaid. She was just always so cute and curious.
I would have to say Buzz Lightyear
my fav. is ariel The movie came out when i was 5.. The movie is awesome, love how she went 4 what she wanted and ended up very happy gr8 love story
Tinker Bell, I loved watching Peter Pan and really worried about Tinker Bell. I always smile when I think about her.
Jiminy Cricket is my favorite Disney cartoon personality. When Jiminy sings “When You Wish Upon a Star” it embodies all that is Disney to me; the movies, the park, the dream. I am surprised that the adorable little cricket is under-rated.
Chip and Dale…they are always getting into some wild situations and they argue sometimes in their high squeeky voices and its kind of endearing. Other times they act completely gracious with each other, even taking bows.
I like Pocahontas. She does not promote violence or do anything violent. She is not a damsel in distress either.
My favorite character(s) now are Pascal & Maximus from the movie Tangled. I love when Pascal (chameleon) tries to wake up “Flynn Rider” with his tongue. I really enjoy the scenes with Maximus (horse)trying to act like a blood hound trying to find Flynn Rider and nudge him when Repunzel’s not looking. Pascal and Maximus are cute and funny.
Mickey Mouse, not sure why, just have always loved him, brings great memories of fun with family!
I like Ariel
Minnie Mouse because I always wanted to be as cute as she is.
My favorite is Donald Duck. He always cracks me up.
I love Mickey Mouse! From the time I was little he has been a staple of my memories. Whether watching Mickey Mouse Club or the old cartoons with him waving and smiling, Mickey has always made me feel happy.
Thumper from Bambi.
Mickey Mouse because he is so cute!
Snow White is my favorite because she’s so sweet!
I like the mischief caused by Hewey, Louie, and Dewey. I still laugh out loud thinking of the cartoons of them and Donald.
I have so many favorites, but if I have to pick I’d choose Belle
Peter Pan; he’s just like me; the boy who never grew up. ;p
Any time Pluto is in the mix is my stop everything and look time.
Snow White because she is a sweet and kind princess!
I love Maleficent! I love her can and her horns. Plus i love her red lips!
Now that I’m an adult, my favorite Disney character is Snow White. One of my earliest memories is at Disney – I had a Snow White doll and was dressed up as Snow White. As my family and I were watching the midday parade, who came by but…Snow White! She blew me a kiss and even told me how much she liked my dress. 🙂
I also loved the original ride, and I can’t wait to see Disney World’s new ride when their Fantasyland renovation is complete!
My favorite character is Mortimer, because without Mortimer there would have been no Mickey.
John Carter we just watched it and I loved it. He is so caring even when he doesn’t want to help out he does and he spent years trying to get back to his love.
