Eligibility: open to legal U.S. residents (excluding New York, Florida and Rhodes Island) who are 18 years of age or older as of April 1, 2009.
Entry Dates: beginning April 1, 2009 and ending July 31, 2009.
How to enter: two ways
Online: To enter online, entrants may visit www.cashforcatcare.com and complete an online entry form, including all requested information. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2009 and must be complete in order to be eligible.

By Mail: On a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, entrants may hand print their complete name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number and date of birth. Entrants must mail their entries in a stamped #10 envelope to: SUPERVALU Cash for Cat Care Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 94, Carnegie, PA 15106. Mail-in entries are limited to 1 entry per stamped envelope. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by July 31, 2009 and received by August 7, 2009.
Entry Limit: one online entry per person, per email, per day.
Update! It appears many people are winning so it is unclear if everyone will get their prize. There is a disclaimer in the rules that states this. I am not sure if this is for just the sweepstakes portion or also includes the instant win game.
If for any reason the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation or termination and all eligible mailed entries received.

That was weird it just kept asking if I wanted to play again till I won? I did win but it just seemed way to easy?

It is giving out way to many wins. There are only supposed to be 50 spread out over 2 months. I wouldn’t get too excited about winning. It seems likely that their is an error.
I think there must be an error. I played and won and it asked me if I wanted to play again. So, I did. I ended up winning four times! Obviously, there is an error! Bummer!
