Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older.

Entry Dates: Begins February 1, 2010 and ends November 21, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.

There are 3 ways to play:

(1) COLLECT & WIN: To win the Grand Prize, all six (6) rooms (Family Room, Laundry Room, Backyard, Home Office, Kitchen, and Dining Room) must be collected in an Account during the Online Game Period, subject to verification.

(2) INSTANT WIN: Each time you enter a Game Code and complete a Game Play, you may be eligible to win a prize. Each individual Instant Win Prize may not be won more than one (1) time per Account/person/e-mail address.

(3) DRAWING: Only in the event the Grand Prize is not awarded, a $10,000.00 cash prize will be awarded in a Drawing on or about 12/14/10 from among all participants who create an Account and play the Game.

There are two (2) ways to obtain codes:

1. Purchase one (1) specially marked package of State Fair Corn Dogs during the Game Code Distribution Period. Four (4) game codes will be included on a label affixed to the inside of each Participating Product.

2. To request four (4) free Game Codes, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (Vermont residents omit return postage) to:

Requests must be postmarked by 11/01/10, and received by 11/07/10 and will be honored only during the Game Code Distribution Period and while supplies last. Limit one (1) request per postmarked outer mailing envelope, four (4) Game Codes per request. No postage-metered requests, photocopies or mechanical reproductions or other forms of requests will be accepted.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Game Play per Game Code.

(3) 52” HD LCD TVs. Winner may elect to receive a $2,000 Best Buy Gift Card in lieu of 52” HD LCD TV. ARV: $2,000.00.

(3) Washer/Dryer Packages. Winner may elect to receive a $2,000 Best Buy gift card in lieu of Washer/Dryer Package. ARV: $2,000.00.

(3) Charbroil Grills and Play-sets. Winner may elect to receive a $2,000 Visa Gift Card (retailer to be determined) in lieu of grill and play-set. ARV: $2,000.00.

(3) Dell Laptops. Winner may also elect to receive a $2,000 Visa Gift Card in lieu of Dell Laptop.

(10,000) Packages of State Fair Products. Each winner will receive one (1) coupon which may be redeemed for one (1) free State Fair product (up to $4.99). ARV: $4.99 each.

Collect & Win Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: One $500,000 cash prize, intended to be used towards the purchase of the winner’s dream home. Prize will be awarded in the form of a check to the winner. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are based upon obtaining all six rooms.

(1) Dining Room Prize: One (1) Wireless Sound System: Winner will receive one wireless sound system. ARV: $1,000.00.

Drawing Prize: (1) Drawing prize will only be awarded in the event that the Grand Prize is not awarded. The Drawing prize winner will receive $10,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check) intended towards the purchase of a home improvement room makeover.

Prize Limit: Each individual Instant Win Prize may not be won more than one (1) time per Account/person/e-mail address.

Drawing Date: Only in the event the Grand Prize is not awarded, a $10,000.00 cash prize will be awarded in a Drawing on or about 12/14/10 from among all participants who create an Account and play the Game. You will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing (if a Drawing occurs) by creating an Account, and submitting at least one (1) valid Game Code for a Game Play during the Online Game Period. Limit one (1) Drawing entry per Account/person/e-mail address. Game Play must occur by 11/21/10 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT to receive an entry in the Drawing.
