Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (at least nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry

Entry Dates: May 21, 2023 – July 9, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET

Entry Limit: one (1) registration account per person/email address. Limit three (3) registration accounts per household. Limit three (3) entry scans/mail-ins per person/email address, per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of Entry.

How to Enter: Scan the Starry logo on the front of any Starry product; see list of participating Starry products below. Should you not be holding the product correctly or not holding an eligible Starry product, you will instantly receive a failure/error message and be asked to try again.

You will be notified onscreen when your scan is successful.

Mail-In: To receive one (1) Entry into the Daily Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, without purchasing or scanning the logo of a participating Starry product, hand print the following on a paper/postcard: “Starry NBA Finals Sweepstakes”, your full name, full mailing address (no PO Boxes), daytime phone number, email address, date of birth, phone number, and your choice of Grand Prize experience, and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

The postmarked date on your mail-in will serve as the Entry date for your Daily Sweepstakes. If a Grand Prize experience is not picked on the mail-in, the experience picked will be at the Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one (1) mail-in request per postage-stamped envelope. Mail-in requests must be handwritten, postmarked by July 9, 2023, and received by July 17, 2023. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail-in entries, which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Daily Sweepstakes Drawings: The Daily Sweepstakes will consist of fifty (50) Drawings total, one per day, during the Sweepstakes Period. Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for such entry period. To accommodate the receipt of mail-ins entries by postmarked date and final received by date, the entries for each Daily Sweepstakes Drawing will be pulled and drawings will be held one (1) week after each daily calendar date, except for all Saturdays and Sundays, which will be pulled and drawings held the following Monday; any holiday, which will be pulled and drawings held the following business day; and the last Daily Sweepstakes drawing which will pull final entries on 7/17/23 and the drawing will take place on 7/18/23. Non-winning Entries from each Daily Drawing will not be carried over into subsequent Daily Drawings, if any.

2024 All-Star Game Tickets Package includes round-trip economy class air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport near winner’s residence to Indianapolis, Indiana (arriving 2/18/24 for game day and leaving Monday, 2/19/24; one (1) night/two (2) days standard hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and guest in Indianapolis, IN; a $300 meal stipend and a $200 ground transportation stipend for use while in Indianapolis, both awarded in the form of a Visa Prepaid Gift Card; and two (2) tickets to the 2024 NBA All-Star Game on February 18, 2024 in Indianapolis, IN. 2024 NBA Finals Game Tickets Package, includes round-trip economy class air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport near winner’s residence to the destination city/state (arriving the day of the game and leaving the day after the game); one (1) night/two (2) days standard hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and guest in destination city/state; a $300 meal stipend and a $200 ground transportation stipend for use while in the destination city/state, both awarded in the form of a Visa Prepaid Gift Card; and two (2) tickets to the 2024 NBA Finals Game One, Two, OR Three (Winner’s choice of game). ARV: up to $4,500

2023 – 2024 NBA Season Tickets, two (2) tickets to each home game. ARV: up to $10,250

The second Daily Sweepstakes winner drawn each day will win the prize shown below, based on the date of the drawing.

• May 29 – June 2 (5): Jaren Jackson, Jr. signed jersey. ARV: $140.55
• June 3 – July 9 (37): Tyrese Maxey signed basketball. ARV: $34.55
