Eligibility: Only legal residents of the 50 United States (except Massachusetts and Michigan) or the District of Columbia who are tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older. Void in, and to residents of, Massachusetts and Michigan, and where prohibited by law.

Entry Dates: Begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on 7/1/10 and continues through 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/8/10.

How to enter: Visit www.skoal.com, become a registered user and wait until the site loads and then click Skoal Up Summer Sweepstakes from the menu.

TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING ONLY: Visit the Skoal tent at participating events. You will be required to present sufficient proof of age, i.e., a valid government-issued photo ID bearing your complete name, address, date of birth and signature to the Skoal representative. You will be required to certify that you are a tobacco consumer, 21 years of age or older. Your GIID will be scanned on a data collection device.

Entry Limit: One entry per person per day, regardless of whether you enter via online or visit the Skoal tent.
