Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to entrants who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and are at least eighteen (18) years old (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be at least nineteen (19) years old) at time of entry.

Entry Dates: November 26 – December 24, 2010.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter – via shopkick-compatible mobile devices and via U.S. Mail:

To Enter Via Mobile Device: Download the free shopkick mobile application (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android). Once you have downloaded and installed the shopkick Application, register for a shopkick account as instructed.

IMPORTANT: In order to participate, you must be using the shopkick app that has been updated to the Apple iTunes App Store or Android Market as of November 26, 2010. Once you have a shopkick account, you may earn Online Entries in two (2) ways:

Shopkick “Check-In” Method #1: You will automatically earn one entry each time you “check in” at a participating retailer location marked on your shopkick store list screen as offering kickbucks for “checking in”

Limit one check-in entry per day per participating retailer location during the Promotion Period. Each check-in entry received will earn one entry for each eligible drawing.

Shopkick “Walk-In” Method #2: You will automatically earn fifty (50) entries when you “walk in” at a participating retailer location marked on your shopkick store list screen as offering kickbucks for “walking-in”. Kickbucks for walking-in can only be earned by physical presence at eligible walk-in locations that are open for business and active at the time you have the Application open on a mobile device capable of displaying the shopkick app and that has cell phone network reception.

Limit one walk-in entry per day per participating retailer location with shopkick signal technology during the Promotion Period. Each walk-in entry received will earn fifty (50) entries for each eligible drawing.

To Enter via U.S. Mail: Print your name, street address, e-mail address (if any), date of birth, and telephone number on a 3×5 piece of paper, insert into envelope with first class postage affixed, and send via U.S. Mail to:

U.S. Mail Entries must be postmarked and received for each drawing according to the dates listed below. Each entry received via U.S. Mail will earn fifty (50) entries for each eligible drawing. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.

Entry Limit: 350 entries per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

Prizes:

One Grand Prize: $17,000 in gift cards to participating retailer locations, including Macy’s, Best Buy, Target, Wet Seal, Sports Authority, American Eagle Outfitters, and Simon Malls

2,500 New Year Prizes: 2,000 kickbucks. ARV: $8 each.

11,000 First Prizes: 2,000 kickbucks. ARV $8 each.

Prizes to winners who entered via U.S. Mail will be awarded via e-mail and/or U.S. Mail. If the potential Grand Prize winner entered via the shopkick Application, the Grand Prize will be awarded via e-mail and/or U.S. Mail. New Year Prize and First Prize winners who entered via the shopkick app will have their prize deposited directly to their shopkick Account

Prize Limit: one First Prize and New Year Prize per person per drawing. First Prize and New Year Prize winners are also eligible to win the Grand Prize. Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor.

How Winners are Determined:

Grand Prize Drawing: on or about 12/30/10.

New Year Prize Drawing: There will be one random drawing to select 2,500 New Year Prize winners on or about 1/3/11.

First Prize Drawings: There will be eleven (11) daily random drawings to select 1,000 First Prize winners per drawing.
