Eligibility: open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding, for clarity, New Jersey, Virginia AND Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry and posses a valid U.S. driver’s license.
