Drawing Date: Each eligible entrant will be eligible for that Promotion Hour’s random drawing. The Hourly Drawing will take place every hour (24 hours/day) on the hour for 35 consecutive days (Nov. 18, 2009 – Dec. 23, 2009). Each Hourly Drawing will occur on the hour beginning at 12:00:01 am Pacific Standard Time on November 18, 2009 and every hour subsequently until 11:59:59 pm PST on December 23, 2009. Non-winning entries will not carry over to the next Hourly Drawing. Entrants must enter again in order to be eligible for the next Hourly Drawing.
Notification: Potential Hourly Winners will receive an email from Sponsor through the email account used to enter the Promotion approximately one (1) hour after the Hourly Drawing in which the Hourly Winner’s entry was selected. Hourly Prizes will be mailed directly to the address Hourly Winners provided at time of entry.

Someone mention on another site you can go to Frys and get it for free. I guess if you don't wanna stay online all day trying to get it make a drive out to Frys or call them an ask.

I won the phone in the middle of night last week. I just left my computer next to the bed and if I "happened" to wake up I clicked the button. I think (I was half asleep) I entered at about 10 minutes to 5 and won for that hour.
Very excited since I have been wanting a new phone, and I didn't want to buy one.

Does anyone know if you can sell the phone? I have AT&T and I like it. Do I need to activate the phone? I dont see anything in the rules and I contacted them and they were no help.
Yes, I believe you can sell the phone. Any phone you get I believe you can sell but I could be wrong. It doesn't come with service, just the phone.
You dont think they'll have a "you need to activate this" clause or anything?

Ughh been entering since November 30th, still havent won anything.
I think they shipped the phone by USPS priority mail. I am still waiting for my phone to arrive. I won on December 12 at 10.
It is being shipped USPS priority mail. I just received mine today! I have ATT service and I don't want to switch. Perhaps, ATT will activate my phone since they operate on GSM, as does T-Mobile.
