Drawing Date: Each eligible entrant will be eligible for that Promotion Hour’s random drawing. The Hourly Drawing will take place every hour (24 hours/day) on the hour for 35 consecutive days (Nov. 18, 2009 – Dec. 23, 2009). Each Hourly Drawing will occur on the hour beginning at 12:00:01 am Pacific Standard Time on November 18, 2009 and every hour subsequently until 11:59:59 pm PST on December 23, 2009. Non-winning entries will not carry over to the next Hourly Drawing. Entrants must enter again in order to be eligible for the next Hourly Drawing.
Notification: Potential Hourly Winners will receive an email from Sponsor through the email account used to enter the Promotion approximately one (1) hour after the Hourly Drawing in which the Hourly Winner’s entry was selected. Hourly Prizes will be mailed directly to the address Hourly Winners provided at time of entry.

I won on the second day the first time I tried, it was around 9:55 pm. I think there were much less people playing the first couple of days. If you notice on the first day there is a blank for one of the hours, I bet it was because no one even entered. My mom has been trying all the time and gets nothing.
If you win a phone and fail to win the TV that day can you still enter a day later to try to win the TV prize? Haven't won yet but was wondering this.
