Mail-in Entries: hand-print the following on a 3-1/2″ × 5″ card: “Beaches and Waves”, your full name, full mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any) and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each entry must be in a separate postage-stamped outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be handwritten and postmarked by June 1, 2015 and received by June 8, 2015. Mail-in entries will be deemed to be submitted on the day they are postmarked.

With Purchase Entry: Make a purchase at any Sally Beauty Supply location or on-line using your Sally Loyalty Card at check out to automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: one online entry per person + up to five referral entries. Limit one entry per person/email address/Sally Loyalty Card number per day from In-Store and Mail-In combined.
