Every time i enter this one it says there is a error…it say I did not fill in all the fields….I have retried 3x’s this am and it is the same every time. Am I missing something, or is it just not working?

this sweeps is just not working, i have had the same error for a few days now, so i just deleted it from my sweeps list, doesn’t matter though i have plenty of other sweeps i enter and the prizes are better than this one anyways.
