Is it normal for it to go from the screen with the presents, to the entry screen and then back and forth? It never says if I won or lost. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or just the way the game is set up?

Thanks, It pasted the 72 hours, so I replied back and haven’t got a response back. I did see someone else say they told them it would be 4-6 weeks as they need to do the paperwork for the IRS.
