Entries must be postmarked no later than November 26, 2012 and received by December 3, 2012. Enter as often as you wish, but each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope.

Thirty-two (32) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive two tickets to a 2013 NFL regular-season game to see the NFL team winner selects; however, Sponsor will determine the game day. All tickets and game date are subject to availability and change. Seating assignments at the game are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Transportation, accommodations, meals and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. ARV: $500
