Judging Criteria: 40% Original and creative; 30% Realistic execution and potential for delicious flavor of Quaker® Instant Oatmeal; and 30% Simple, straightforward and appeals to mass audience. The top three (3) entrants whose Entries received the highest cumulative scores for all criteria awarded by the judges will be deemed the Finalists and will advance to the Promotion Voting Period.

Entries will be judged to determine three (3) finalists. For each Entry (defined below), entrant will automatically receive one entry into the random drawing for the week in which the Entry was submitted. Your flavor name must not be the same or substantially similar to an existing flavor of Quaker® Instant Oatmeal After submitting an Entry, you will receive an email within 10 business days confirming whether or not it has been accepted.

Retailer Sites: Select retailers may offer additional online methods of entry where you will complete and submit your Entry via a Retailer Web site. Use of the Retailer Web site may also be subject to the applicable Retailer’s site terms and/or posted privacy policy. Retailer Web Site(s) may require a Facebook Account prior to entry. After Promotion entry, Retailer Web Site(s) may also offer ancillary sweepstakes or giveaways, which will be subject to separate giveaway rules posted on such Retailer Web Site(s). See in-store displays for specific instructions, including the domain names for the respective Retailer Web sites.

Promotion Voting: During the Promotion Voting Period, consumers will be able to vote for their favorite Finalist Entry via the Web site. At Sponsor’s discretion, additional voting platforms may be available, including, but not limited to Text Message and Social Platforms. Check the Web site before October 24, 2016 for additional information about how to vote for your favorite Entry (ies). Regardless of the number of voting platforms available; each person is limited to one (1) vote per day per platform.

Entry Limit:  You may enter as many different entries into the Promotion as you like, as long as the same (or substantially similar) is not submitted more than once. Non-winning Entries WILL roll-over into the next weekly drawing.
