Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age (19 years of age in AL and NE) or older at the time of entry who own a dog or a cat.
Entry Dates: begins on April 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on June 1, 2012.
How to Enter: visit www.ProjectPetSlimdown.com and register your pet. You will be required to upload a photo of your pet’s favorite way to stay active with a caption (no more than 50 characters) as part of your entry into the Sweepstakes. The photo and caption will not be judged.
Entry Limit: one entry per person/email address. If the photo you upload is not selected for posting to the gallery, you will still receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to San Diego, California for 5 days/4 nights at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport near winner’s home residence to San Diego and ground transport from airport to hotel and return to airport on day of departure. Winner may opt to bring one (1) small dog/cat (must adhere to the restrictions of the airline and be 15 lbs. or less in order to accompany winner). Winner is responsible for contacting their veterinarian to obtain any necessary health certificates, paperwork etc. needed to fly their dog to San Diego, CA. Winner must also provide the under seat carrier for the small dog. Sponsor will provide pet owner with a travel stipend of up to $1,000 to cover travel expenses in lieu of airfare and an alternate hotel/spa location closer to winner’s home which would be of equal or greater value. ARV: $4,613.00.
