Eligibility: legal residents of the United States and Canada, 13 years of age or older. Due to agricultural shipping restrictions, plants cannot be awarded to those in other foreign countries.
Canadian fans are eligible to win plants in the 40 Day Plant Giveaway Extravaganza. However, as fulfillment for Canadian winners will be done through Garden Import (gardenimport.com), a different variety from the one offered in that day’s giveaway may have to substituted.

Prizes: Proven Winners ColorChoice Shrubs will give away one of their flowering shrub varieties each weekday (Monday-Friday). A total of 40 plants will be awarded during this period.
Random Drawings: The drawing for each winner will be conducted the following business day at approximately 8 a.m. EDT. Drawings for prizes offered on Friday will be conducted on the following Monday, except for Memorial Day weekend, when the winner will be selected the following Tuesday.
