Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia, 18 years or older.

Entry Dates: Begins October 4, 2010 and ends December 26, 2010.

How To Enter: visit www.facebook.com/powerbar, become a fan by clicking the “like” button, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. If you are already a fan of PowerBar you can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the PowerBar® Facebook fan page and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration.

Entry Limit: one entry per valid e-mail address during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes:

One Grand Prize: a Visa Gift Card in the amount of $1,000.00 to be used toward a gym membership for a year.

Seven First Prize Winners per week, for a total of 84 First Prize Winners. Each First Prize consists of (2) two canisters of PowerBar® PROTEINPLUS Powder drink mix (ARV $19.95 each).

Prize Limit: one First Prize per email address and per person.

Winner Selection: Winners of each First Prize will be selected in separate random drawings held every Monday from among all valid entries received during each First Submission Period in the immediately preceding seven (7) day period. Entries from one First Submission Period will not roll over into the following First Submission Period. Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/28/10 from all eligible entries, including all entries of First Prize winners. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail or phone on or about 12/30/10.
