How to verify and redeem prizes/Odds of Winning: All potential prize winners will receive an immediate prize notification following a winning game play. Potential winners will be required to provide their complete mailing address (No P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, email, and phone information to claim his/her prize or prize may be forfeited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Game Plays received. If prospective winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, prize will not be awarded, at Sponsors’ sole discretion. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable it will result in disqualification, and the prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winner. Prizes will be shipped approximately 6-8 weeks from receipt of winner claim information and verification.

General: By participating, all participants warrant and represent that they have complied in full with these Official Rules, including but not limited to all eligibility requirements, and further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and/or the judging organization or entity, which are final and binding in all respects. All Game Plays become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor, Marketing Drive, LLC, Facebook, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or promotion agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Game, suppliers, (collectively “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Game Play materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mechanical, typographical, printing, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or errors of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Game Play information by Sponsor; (ii) hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, cellular towers, electronic, wireless service provider, or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet Service Providers (ISP), servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail or wireless transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail or wireless transmissions; inaccessibility of the website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Game, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Game, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Game; or (iii) any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from entering or otherwise participating in the Game or downloading materials from or use of the website. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors in connection with the Game, including, without limitation, errors or problems in connection with the administration of the Game, the processing of Game Plays, the announcement of the winners, or typographical, printing or other errors in these Official Rules or in any Game-related materials. If for any reason the Game is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel or terminate the Game or any portion thereof and not to award any remaining unclaimed prizes.

By participating in the Game each participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by entering or participating in the Game, the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. By participating in the Game, participant irrevocably grants to Sponsor and their designees, to the use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation or additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law; and, upon request, to provide consent to such use in writing. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND TO DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEMDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO BAN OR DISQUALIFY A PARTICIPANT FROM THIS AND FUTURE GAMES. Only the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. In the event more winning messages are issued or prize claims are received than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, due to computer, network, technical, printing, seeding, human, or other error or problem, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non suspect valid prize claims received to award the proper number of prizes specified in these Official Rules.
