If one or more Instant-Win Prize(s) has not been claimed as of January 24, 2024 for a particular Division, then a second chance drawing will be conducted on or about January 25, 2024 from among all non-winning eligible Plays previously submitted for that Division. All second chance drawings, if any, will be conducted by the Administrator. Odds of winning an Instant-Wil  Prize via a second chance drawing depend upon the number of unclaimed Instant-Win Prizes for a particular Division as of January 24, 2024 and the total number eligible Plays received for that Division.
