Winner is responsible for all mounting, balancing, installation and/or assembly or any related expenses for all prizes. All prizes mentioned above will be shipped via Prize Provider’s choice of shipping method, to the winner’s primary residence. Shipment of each portion may be at different dates and/or times. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged and are based on availability. Shipment arrival times are not guaranteed. Prize Provider will not award any difference between the ARV stated above and actual values of the tires selected.
Winner is responsible for selecting their correct tire size and providing any information needed to fulfill this portion of the prize
If Winner chooses to use the Codes to purchase something other than the Front Runner portion of the prize presented in the Sweepstakes offer, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner for the Front Runner portion of the prize presented in the Sweepstakes offer. The Codes are valid on Front Runner USA Website only. The Codes are valid for Front Runner manufactured products only and excludes all other brands Front Runner offers. Each Code is only valid for single time usage. Any portion of an any individual Code that is not used fully the first time of usage, will be forfeited. Codes are not transferable, nor can be substituted. Codes are not redeemable for Cash.
