Official Rules: Open to the 50 United States, DC, 18 and older. You will need a Twitter or Instagram account to participate. One entry per challenge. Five (5) votes per day during each Voting Phase.

Judging Phase: During each Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will score all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria:

• Creativity/Originality (25%) – Submission must be smart/creative
• Impactful (25%) – Submission must evoke a feeling/leave an impression
• Fun (25%) – Submission must be playful/evoke a feeling of joy
• Fit to Contest Theme (15%) – Submission must be relevant to the Challenge Theme
• Public Appeal (10%) – Submission must solicit votes.

The entrant with the highest-scoring Submission from Challenge Periods 1, 2 and 3 will be deemed a potential Finalist Prize winner. The ten (10) entrants with the next-highest scoring Submissions from Challenge Periods 1, 2 and 3 will be deemed the potential Second Prize winners. The fifty (50) entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions from Challenge Period 4 will be deemed the potential Epic Fail Prize winners.

OREO Challenge Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize (awarded for the Finals Showdown): a $100,000 check.

Three (3) Finalist Prizes (one prize awarded for Challenge Periods 1, 2 and 3): a $5,000 check made out to winner and a $100 Walmart gift card. Winner must participate in the Finals Showdown in order to be eligible to receive Finalist Prize. ARV: $5,100

One (1) Runner-Up Prize (awarded for the Finals Showdown): a $10,000 check

One (1) Second Runner-Up Prize (awarded for the Finals Showdown): a $5,000 check

Thirty (30) Second Prizes (10 prizes awarded for Challenge Periods 1, 2 and 3): a $500 gift card

Fifty (50) Epic Fail Prizes (50 prizes awarded for Challenge Period 4): a $50 gift card
