Is anyone else having the same problem I am having trying to enter this? The entry form comes up but the rules block the submit button and I can not enter even if I try to push my return/enter button. I tried this on Chrome and Safari and no go. Also, it asks for “State-zip” but are they asking for both your state name plus the zip or just the zip?
