Oprah 12 Days of Christmas Daily Prizes

Grand Prizes (12): each winner will receive a prize package consisting of one of each of the items chosen by Oprah (except as otherwise specified), listed in the 2022 O List Favorite Things appearing in the Winter issue of O Quarterly and are valued at $13,372.79 PLUS each winner will also receive a check for $4,011.84 which can be used to offset any tax liability they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the Prize Package.

Winners will each receive a prize package consisting of all 104 items chosen by Oprah, listed in the 2022 Oprah Winfrey Favorite Things 2022 appearing in the Winter issue of O Quarterly.

Please note that all perishable items in each prize package may only be redeemed with vouchers to be provided by Sponsor, and each such voucher must be redeemed by the dates indicated on each voucher. If applicable, Winners may also receive pre-selected sizes of clothing and shoes in the Prize Package. Oprah Daily or Sponsor make no warranties or representations with regard to the sufficiency of the cash payment to defray winners’ tax expenses, and the Winner will be fully responsible for making their own calculation of his or her individual tax liability. In the event a membership is included in any prize, any membership fees beyond those indicated will be paid by Winner, and Sponsor and prize provider will have no liability in that regard. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize Package will not be awarded in any form. Please allow a minimum of six (6) months for delivery of all prizes within the Prize Package.

Oprah 12 Days of Christmas Winner Selection

Winner will be notified on or around November 23rd, 2022 via e-mail, and/or at Sponsor’s discretion, via phone or postal mail. In the event the Winner doesn’t respond to Sponsor’s notification or does not accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected.
