Mail-in entry: Obtain a postage-paid Business Reply Mail entry form available (while supplies last) in the rice section of participating grocery stores or supermarkets where Nishiki rice is sold. The Entry Form will also include the “Nishiki Celebrates its 30th Anniversary Survey”. Mail Entry Form with your answers to the Survey, with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2014 and received by March 5, 2014.
