CALL-IN ENTRY: have your 9-digit Newport Customer PIN number from any Newport mailing ready and call toll free 1-877-630-8111, 1-877-944-5678, 1-877-877-0555, 1-877-745-6094 or 1-877-573-5678
MAIL-IN ENTRY: Complete the Official Entry Form in the direct mail piece or an Official Entry Form available (while supplies last) at select retail locations by confirming or hand-printing your name, address, birth date (required only for Official Entry Forms available at select retail locations) and telephone number and signing your full legal name to certify that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older, and send it to the address indicated. The Official Entry Form also contains five (5) survey questions. While it is requested that you answer all five (5) survey questions, answers to the questions are not required in order to enter the Sweepstakes and will not affect your chances of winning. In addition, if you choose to answer the questions, the content of your answers will not affect your ability to enter the Sweepstakes or chances of winning. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 6/30/15 and received by 7/8/15.
Entry Limit: one website entry per person per day. Up to two mail-in entries per person in total. One call-in entry per person in total.

Crystal, I had the same problem. It’s your flash driver. I had to contact my computer tech support to uninstall and re-install it. You might be able to look for Microsoft’s update for it too. Hope that helps!
Can’t get past “NEXT” on step 2 of 4.. Had no problem on phone entry for husband/mom/& myself. Just Can Not complete daily mobile entry@ website from my mail on my Samsung Galaxy s4?? I hate 2 have 2 go thru all the time & aggregation of calling/reporting/trouble shooting/aggregation. . Really is messed up..
