The Instant Win Game will be broken out into sixteen separate weekly periods, each beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on Thursday and ending at 11:59 a.m. the following Thursday of each week during the Game Period. The Sweepstakes period will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on Thursday, November 27, 2025, and end at 11:59 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The Sweepstakes will be divided into four separate monthly periods.

To enter for a chance to win a Grand Prize, you must play at least one Game during each Monthly Sweepstakes Period. Each entrant will receive one entry into the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period’s random drawing for each Play they complete in a Game during that applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period.
Monthly Sweepstakes Period #1: One (1) Grand Prize – A Sports Trip for two (2) to a sporting event of Grand Prize Winner’s choice within the 50 United States (“Destination”), on a to-be-determined date in 2025 or 2026 (the specific date, game and Destination depending on Sponsor’s approval and ability to secure tickets) (collectively, the “Sports Trip”). The Sports Trip will be valued at $20,000 and consists of: two (2) tickets to the sporting event of winner’s choice (subject to Sponsor’s approval and ability to secure tickets); first-class or business-class (seat level based on the actual total cost of the Sports Trip not exceeding $20,000) roundtrip airfare for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence to the Destination, and 4-nights hotel accommodations at Sponsor-specified hotel at the Destination (double occupancy room). The Grand Prize Winner will receive the remainder of the $20,000, if any (once the above Sports Trip elements are secured and paid for by Sponsor using the original $20,000 prize value, and such the actual costs are deducted) in the form of a check made out to the Grand Prize Winner to cover incidentals and/or the tax offset. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20,000.00
OR: In lieu of the Sports Trip, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $20,000.00. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Sports Trip. No difference between the stated retail value of the Sports Trip and the cash alternative value will be awarded.
Monthly Sweepstakes Period #2: One (1) Grand Prize – A Weekend Getaway Trip for two (2) to the destination of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice within the 50 United States (subject to Sponsor’s approval) (“Destination”) (collectively, the “Weekend Trip”). The Weekend Trip will be valued at $20,000 and consists of: first-class or business-class (seat level based on the actual total cost of the Weekend Trip not exceeding $20,000) roundtrip airfare for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence to the Destination, and 4-nights hotel accommodations at Sponsor-specified hotel at the Destination (double occupancy room). The Grand Prize Winner will receive the remainder of the $20,000, if any remains (once the above Weekend Trip elements are secured and paid for by Sponsor using the original $20,000 prize value, and such the actual costs are deducted) in the form of a check made out to the Grand Prize Winner to cover incidentals and/or the tax offset. ARV: $20,000.00.
OR: In lieu of the Weekend Trip, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $20,000.00. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Weekend Trip. No difference between the stated retail value of the Sports Trip and the cash alternative value will be awarded.
Monthly Sweepstakes Period #3: One (1) Grand Prize – A curated shopping experience as determined by Sponsor, valued at $20,000.00 (“Shopping Experience”). The Grand Prize Winner will receive any remaining monies left over from the Shopping Experience (if less than $20,000) in the form of a check made out to the Grand Prize Winner to help offset the taxes associated with the Grand Prize. ARV: $20,000.00. Grand Prize Winner will work with a travel agent of Sponsor’s choosing to coordinate any of the following that apply: travel, excursions, events, and/or shopping. All expenses not specifically listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize Winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The Prize is non-transferable.
OR: In lieu of the Shopping Experience, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $20,000.00. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Shopping Experience. No difference between the stated retail value of the Shopping Experience and the cash alternative value will be awarded.
Monthly Sweepstakes Period #4: One (1) Grand Prize – A Concert or Event Trip for two (2) to a concert or event of Grand Prize Winner’s choice and venue within the 50 United States (subject to approval by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Destination”) on a to-be-determined date in 2025 or 2026 (the specific date, concert or event, and Destination depend on Sponsor’s approval and ability to secure tickets) (collectively, the “Concert/Event Trip”). The Concert/Event Trip will be valued at $20,000 and consists of: two (2) tickets to the concert or event of Grand Prize Winner’s choice (subject to Sponsor’s approval and ability to secure tickets); first-class or business-class (seat level based on the actual total cost of the Concert/Event Trip not exceeding $20,000) roundtrip airfare for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence to the Destination, and 4-nights hotel accommodations at Sponsor-specified hotel at the Destination (double occupancy room). The Grand Prize Winner will receive the remainder of the $20,000, if any monies remain (once the above Concert/Event Trip elements are secured and paid for by Sponsor using the original $20,000 prize value, and such the actual costs are deducted) in the form of a check made out to the Grand Prize Winner to cover incidentals and/or a tax offset. ARV: $20,000.00.
OR, In lieu of the Concert/Event Trip, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive the cash alternative of $20,000.00. By accepting the cash alternative, the Grand Prize Winner is forfeiting their right to the Concert/Event Trip. No difference between the stated retail value of the Concert/Event Trip and the cash alternative value will be awarded.
