Limit of three (3) entries/plays per person, per day regardless of method of entry. A day begins at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Each Game Code may only be used to enter the Instant Win Game once, either via text message OR on-line.

COLLECT AND WIN PROGRAM: All registered participants in the Instant Win Game (regardless of method of entry) will receive one letter each time a Play is properly executed (be it successful or unsuccessful). Collect the (7) letters and spell “N-E-S-Q-U-I-K” and receive the Grand Prize.

(3,700) Fourth Prizes: a NESQUIK®/ESPN co-branded T-Shirt. (ARV $5.02).

(2,500) Fifth Prizes: a coupon for free NESQUIK® product. (ARV $2).

(3,700) Sixth Prizes: an ESPN SportsCenter ringtone. (ARV $1.99). If a winner of a Sixth Prize does not have a compatible mobile phone, winner will instead receive an alternate prize of comparable or greater value.

Prize Limit: One Grand Prize or First Prize per person.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Third, Fourth, and Fifth Prizes upon submission of completed Prize Claim, and 7 days for delivery of Sixth prizes. Second Prizes will be redeemable following receipt of winning message.

Second Chance Drawing: All registered participants who did not win an Instant Win Prize will automatically be entered once into a Second Chance random drawing on or about 9/30/2011 for the Grand Prize and First Prizes (if unclaimed/forfeited) for each unsuccessful Play executed., from all eligible entries (unsuccessful executions of Plays) received during the Instant Win Game.
