Entries will only be eligible for the weekly entry period in which they were received, and will not be eligible for subsequent weekly entry periods. All eligible entries received will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize random drawing.
You will need to upload a photo and submit a statement telling about your path to living a healthier and happier life.
