It’s so hard to find postcards. According to directions, do you think 3×5 would qualify mailed in #10 envelope?
No because they specific postcard which is not mailed inside of an envelope. You can use boxes from your cabinets, cereal, hot cereal, etc, and take them apart and draw a postcard and cut it out. I would suggest 4″ x 6″ to make it easier to write on. Use a fine tip Sharpie and write everything on the back.
