Entries must be postmarked by June 15, 2012. You will be entered into the Sweepstakes one (1) time for each 3″ x 5″ card received by the received by June 22, 2012. Limit: One (1) entry per 3″ x 5″ card, for up to nineteen (19) mail-in entries. All mail-in entries must be handwritten.
Threshold Prizing: Additional prizes will be unlocked for each 10,000, 20,000 and 30,000 “Likes” thresholds reached on The Muppets Facebook Fan website located at www.facebook.com/muppets during the Sweepstakes Period

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Hollywood, California.
