MLB Authentic 2010 Jersey Giveaway

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority).

Entry Dates: July 1st, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 15th, 2010.

How to enter: Visit mlb.mlb.com/fan_forum/toolbar.jsp and follow the instructions provided in order to download a Toolbar (the Toolbar is free). Then click on the Sweepstakes button on the MLB-branded or Club-branded toolbars to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes.

Mail-in Method: If you would like to enter the Sweepstakes without having to install and/or download a Toolbar, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone numbers (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address (optional) and selection of your favorite Major League Baseball Club on a 3″x5″ card and mailing it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2010 and received by Sponsor by July 22, 2010 to be eligible.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry.

Prizes:

(30) Prizes (1 per Major League Baseball Club): One (1) Authentic 2010 All-Star BP Jersey sewn or imprinted with the name of one (1) 2010 All-Star player. Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is $119.99.

Prize Limit: One (1) Prize per person, family or household.

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING(S): In the event that any Major League Baseball Club(s) are not designated by any entrant(s) as a Selected MLB Club during the Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and/or all thirty (30) Prizes have not been awarded upon conclusion of the Entry Period, second chance random drawing(s) will be held to determine the Winner(s). All non-winning eligible entrants who entered the Sweepstakes during the entire Entry Period will be eligible for the Second Chance Drawing. If the Second Chance Drawing(s) are necessary, it/they will take place on or about July 15, 2010.
