How to Enter: two ways

As part of online entry, you will be required to upload a photo of you and your friends with or without the MiO Liquid Water Enhancer product or MiO brand. Photographs will not be judged.

Mail (without photo): To enter by mail, hand print, on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, your name, complete address, daytime phone number, and age, and mail to:

Mail-in requests must be postmarked by July 15, 2012 and received by July 19, 2012.

Entry Limit: one entry per email address/Facebook ID/envelope/person per day, regardless of method of entry.

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Trip for two (2) to the H20 Music Festival in Los Angeles, CA on August 24, 2012 to August 26, 2012. Trip includes coach class air transportation for two to Los Angeles, CA; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy); two VIP tickets to the H20 Music Festival on August 25, 2012; roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/festival; and $1,500 in spending money. ARV: $5,000.

Drawing Dates: First Prize winners will be selected in weekly random drawings beginning on June 11, 2012 through July 16, 2012 from among all eligible entries received the week prior.
