Eligibility: open to permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entries start on February 18, 2013. Any individual who has been convicted of a felony is not eligible and winners must go through a background check, conducted by AMPAS and subject to AMPAS approval.

Is anybody else having trouble once the form is filled and hitting the submit button? I can not get the page to move after hitting submit, so I doubt it is taking my entry.
I’m not able to enter either. I posted a message on their facebook page and they claim lots of people are getting entries in and that it’s a “user problem”. I tried with Firefox and IE and couldn’t get it to submit on either one. Guess I’m one of those experiencing a “user problem” …
