Odd, the rules state that it is open open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. But there are some states missing in the drop down menu. If you live in the following states you can’t enter. The states are: Alabama (AL), Hawaii (HI)
Illinois (IL), Massachusetts (MA), Mississippi (MS), and South Carolina (SC).
