How To Obtain A Game Piece And Code:

With Purchase: purchase of select McDonald’s menu items, while Game Piece supplies last, during the In-Store Game Play Period. Game Pieces are available by purchasing one of the following select menu items (where available): McMuffin® sandwiches (excludes Sausage McMuffin® sandwich), Biscuit sandwiches (excludes Sausage Biscuit sandwich), Hash Browns, Large Fries, Big Mac ® sandwich, Filet-O-Fish® sandwich, Medium Fountain Beverages, 10-piece Chicken McNuggets® and 20-piece Chicken McNuggets® (where available). Where the 20-piece Chicken McNuggets box is available, a Participant will receive two (2) Game Pieces. If a 20-piece box is not available, the Participant will receive two (2) 10-piece boxes, each with one (1) Game Piece. When a McDonald’s restaurant runs out of specially marked packaging with Game Pieces, that specially marked packaging may not be resupplied and Game Pieces for that menu item will no longer be available.

Two (2) Game Pieces will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules. Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than October 20, 2015, and no later than November 30, 2015, and received by Sponsor no later than December 7, 2015. Requests from Vermont residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage. Each request must be mailed in a separate stamped outer mailing envelope. Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers (for any address), that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned, and the persons submitting such requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and envelopes.

How To Participate: find the top of the Game Piece, then carefully peel off the Game Piece from its backing. There are three different Game Pieces available in the Game as follows:

• an Instant Win Food Prize Game Piece
• an Instant Win $50 Cash Prize Game Piece
• a Game Piece with an NFL team helmet and a Code

Codes: There are a total of thirty-two (32) NFL teams and each week on NBC Sunday Night Football, one team, for the purposes of this promotion only, called the lucky team for the Weekly Entry Period that just ended, will be announced during the NBC Sunday Night Football Pre-Game Show. The announced Lucky Team will be identified by its home city (e.g., Chicago Bears would be identified as Chicago and New York Jets would be identified as New York AFC). Any Code associated with that Weekly Entry Period’s Lucky Team that was entered prior to the deadline for the Weekly Entry Period (i.e., on or prior to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the Saturday prior to Sunday Night Football) is included in that weekly drawing for a chance to win Prizes, and if any such Code is not selected to win a Sweepstakes Prize for that Weekly Entry Period, it WILL remain eligible for any subsequent remaining Weekly Entry Period drawings (should the team associated with such Code again be chosen as the Lucky Team for a later Weekly Entry Period, if any) and the drawing for the Final Drawing Entry Period. Any Code that is not associated with the Lucky Team will not be included in that week’s Sweepstakes Prize drawing.

A Code Provides a Participant with opportunities to win Prizes:

Participants who, prior to the applicable Weekly Code Entry Deadline, have entered a Code (via text or online) associated with that week’s Lucky Team (announced on the immediately following Sunday) will be notified after the Lucky Team is announced. Notification will occur via text if they have selected “Y” to receive texts (and/or email if the Code was entered online). Any Participant who entered a Code for the Lucky Team can find their “Lucky Team Free Small Fries Prize” notification posted in their My Account, available by logging in to the Website, with the instructions to claim the Lucky Team Free Small Fries Prize. If a Participant has opted in via SMS and plays online, that Participant will receive the Lucky Team Free Small Fries Prize notification via SMS and online, but there is a limit of one Lucky Team Free Small Fries Prize per week per Participant regardless of how many notifications that Participant receives. Announcements for a new Lucky Team take place during the Sunday Night Football Pre-Game Show on: November 8, November 15, November 22 and November 29.

If a Participant enters a Code(s) associated with the Lucky Team, they will also receive one entry for a chance to win the Prizes available for that Weekly Entry Period (see chart below); and

A Participant who enters a Code will receive one entry into the Final Drawing Entry Period for a chance to win a trip for two (2) to Super Bowl 50. Codes will not be entered into the drawing for the Final Drawing Entry Period if that Code has already won a Prize (other than a Lucky Team Free Small Fries Prize).

On Sunday Night during the NBC-TV Sunday Night Football Pre-Game Show, the week’s Lucky Team will be announced. Then during the Sunday Night Football Game, one Code will be announced as the potential winner of the $500,000 Prize for that Weekly Entry Period. During the NBC-TV Sunday Night Football Post-Game Show, one Code will be announced as the potential winner of that Weekly Entry Period’s Super Bowl 50 trip for two. Each Prize is subject to potential winner’s compliance with the Official Rules. Watching the Sunday Night Football Game (including Pre-Game and Post-Game Shows) is not a condition of winning. The potential winners will be contacted at the telephone number (and/or email address) used to enter the winning Code. Codes associated with a Lucky Team must be entered by the Weekly Code Entry Deadline or they will not be included in the drawing for that Weekly Entry Period and will not be eligible to win a Lucky Team Free Small Fries Prize for that Weekly Entry Period.
