Eligibility: Only qualified legal residents of the 50 United States (except Massachusetts and Michigan) or the District of Columbia who are smokers 21 years of age or older at time of entry are eligible.

Entry Dates: begins June 1 and ends September 8, 2009.

How to enter: Go to www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register as a user of the site.

Daily Prize Drawings: Random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during each daily entry period. Odds of winning a Daily Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the quantity of the Daily Prize offered. Daily Prize Drawings will be conducted within 24 to 72 hours following each daily entry period deadline.

Grand Prize Drawings: A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received at the conclusion of each Promotional Period.

Winner Notifications: Grand Prize and major prizewinners will be notified via overnight mail approximately four weeks after returned forms are received by D.L. Blair, Inc., and winner’s eligibility is determined. Daily Prizes will be shipped to winners at the mailing address on record with the Presenter. Allow ten to twelve weeks for Daily Prize delivery.
