One (1) Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one guest to Phoenix, AZ to attend Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, AZ on February 1, 2015. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 4-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), a pair of tickets to the game, transportation to and from the airport/hotel and $1,000 spending money awarded in the form of a VISA prepaid card. If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 250-mile radius of Phoenix, AZ, winner will receive a $500 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Also included in the Grand Prize is a Madden game room that consists of the following: Two (2) X-Zipit Video Game Rockers, $1,200 awarded in the form of a VISA prepaid card to be used for an HDTV, one Xbox One console by Microsoft, one Madden NFL 15 game for Xbox One, and Sponsor specified licensed autographed NFL memorabilia.
