Entry Limit: there is a limit of either one entry per receipt, per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period and up to one additional entry per person each day of the Sweepstakes Period or limit of one mail-in card per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Each mail-in card counts for one primary entry and one additional daily entry for each remaining day of the Sweepstakes Period from the postmarked date. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on September 30, 2015. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during Sweepstakes Period and received by October 7, 2015.
One Grand Prize: winner will receive a trip to Phoenix, AZ to play Madden NF 16 with Pro Patrick Peterson. Trip includes roundtrip, economy/coach class airfare for 2 people (Winner and Guest) from the major commercial airport nearest the Winner’s residence (Winner and Guest must travel together on same itinerary); hotel accommodations for 3 days/2 nights (one double occupancy room); plus $500 for ground transportation and meals. Incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his or her Guest. Hotel and airfare cannot be used separately. Winner must notify Sponsor of intended dates of travel by no later than 15 days prior to the intended date of departure. l travel must be completed by January 3, 2016 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
