Website Entry: To participate, you must have a Macy’s Wedding Registry and register for at least one Kate Spade New York item.

Mail-in Entry: To participate without creating a registry, mail a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening phone numbers, and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage to:

Entry Limit: one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize: A weekend trip to New York City for winner and guest, which includes round-trip economy airfare for two from an airport within the contiguous United States nearest winner’s primary residence to NYC and two nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Dinner for two at Stella 34 to be awarded in the form of a gift certificate. A VIP shopping event at Kate Spade New York, which will consist of a $2,500 s hopping spree for Kate Spade products and a $2,500 shopping spree for Jack Spade products. Lunch at the VIP shopping event. A $5,000 Macy’s Gift Card. ARV: $5,000. Kate Spade New York China, flatware & stemware setting for 8 in pattern of winner’s choice. ARV: $15,232.

If winner resides in Alaska, Hawaii, winner will be responsible for air transportation to the mainland United States and Sponsor will provide air transportation thereafter to NYC. Prize must be redeemed by November 1, 2015.
